The Official German Report by Oetje John Rogge (1961)
The book presents the material in my report of September 1946 to the Department of Justice, supplemented by items from the published volumes of a joint publication of our Department of State, the British Foreign Office, and the French government, Documents on German Foreign Policy 1918-1945, Series C (1933-1937), and Series D (1937-1945). I have added two concluding chapters to show the current and continuing relevance of this material.
